Happy Monday, friends! Today I am sharing my new favorite morning beverage, Zest Tea!
This fall has been the season of hot apple cider for me. It always sounds good and I could always go for a mug. I’m actually drinking some as a type this, lol. I’ve been so apple cider obsessed that I have even been having some in the mornings instead of coffee. While this is delicious, it usually ends with me not getting anything done until about 10 AM. This is when my brain starts working and I realize that lack of caffeine is the reason why I’ve just been staring at my computer without doing anything for two hours. That’s generally not a big deal, but for the past month or so I just haven’t been craving coffee at all. That’s not good, because now I never reach for that 10 AM cup. I just want to drink apple cider and have it wake me up, okay?!
Thankfully, I’ve found the ultimate solution – Zest Tea cinnamon apple tea blend. Y’all, it is SO. GOOD. Like seriously, it tastes like fall in a cup and it has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. Turns out can have my warm, delicious, apple-flavored cake and eat it too! Usually, I just drink this tea on its own. It doesn’t need any sweetener or anything added to it to improve the taste. If I want to go absolutely bananas, I’ll make a cup of hot apple cider, add a bag of Zest Tea cinnamon apple blend, and top things off with a cinnamon stick in my mug. It is autumn.in.a.cup. This concoction is my new favorite morning beverage, but it is also perfect for a cozy afternoon pick me up if that is more your speed!
Zest Tea’s high caffeine teas seriously are the best for when you can’t stomach coffee and still want that caffeine boost. Not only are they delicious, but they are much better for you than an energy drink or a soda. I feel way better drinking my cinnamon apple concoction than reaching for a soda. Coke was my old go-to when I wanted caffeine but didn’t want coffee, and it always left me feeling icky.
If you want to try Zest Tea, you can purchase it from their website or on Amazon, so convenient!
